Taija is currently working as a Broker Assistant, building the knowledge and skills essential for a successful career in the industry. This role is allowing her to develop a deeper understanding of brokerage operations while strengthening her administrative and client service skills.

Before transitioning into the brokerage field, Taija held a management role at a locally franchised hospitality business, where she developed strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills while leading community engagement and fundraising initiatives. She more recently moved to a reception and administration position within the trades sector, gaining comprehensive experience in scheduling, client coordination, compliance, and documentation management — enhancing her attention to detail and understanding of industry standards.

Alongside her work life, Taija is studying a Bachelor of Accounting, building a strong foundation in financial and economic principles. She lives locally with her husband and their pets, and in her spare time, she enjoys caring for her collection of indoor and outdoor plants.
