Roger is a seasoned broker, commencing in the insurance industry in 2008, and specialising in farm and crop insurance. He focuses on building strong client relationships through face-to-face visits and consistent communication, primarily serving rural communities. Having lived in a farming area for over 40 years, Roger understands the unique challenges faced by his clients and brings valuable insight to his work. His career spans various roles including administration, claims management, quoting, and client reviews, working with both commercial and domestic clients of all sizes. He has in-depth knowledge of crop insurance, particularly broadacre coverage, and stays current with industry developments. Roger holds a Tier 1 qualification.

Outside of work, Roger enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog, often walking or travelling together. He is passionate about music, a dedicated sports fan, and maintains an active lifestyle through regular fitness challenges. He is also a strong supporter of charitable causes, especially local animal rescue organisations.
