Felesha started her career in the insurance industry in 2010 and currently serves as Claims Administrator, managing all claims to ensure a smooth and efficient process from start to finish. Her diverse experience across multiple roles has given her a thorough understanding of the entire claims lifecycle.

She holds a Certificate III in Financial Services, a Diploma of Financial Services (General Insurance), Tier 1 and Tier 2 accreditations, as well as a Certificate IV in General Insurance. These qualifications, paired with practical experience, enable her to consistently deliver exceptional service and positive outcomes for clients.

Felesha is dedicated to creating a positive claims experience, advocating for clients, and achieving the best possible results in every case. Outside of work, she enjoys DIY projects around the home and spending quality time with her 11-year-old son.
