Dylan began his insurance career in 2019 and works as an Account Executive specialising in tailored insurance solutions for community groups and small to medium enterprises. Over six years in the industry, he has gained strong expertise in navigating complex policies to ensure clients receive the best possible coverage.

Dylan holds Bachelor’s degrees in Business and Sports Management, alongside Tier 1 and Tier 2 insurance broking qualifications. This blend of academic knowledge and practical experience enables him to provide informed guidance and strategic advice. Known for his personable nature and strong communication skills, Dylan prioritises building lasting relationships with clients and industry partners alike.

Outside of work, Dylan enjoys playing local cricket in Bendigo, valuing the social connections that sport fosters. Fluent in Spanish, he embraces cultural diversity, which enhances his communication and engagement in both professional and personal settings.
