Following an early career in the hospitality sector, he entered the insurance industry in 1999 and quickly progressed through a range of roles. His experience spans the Lloyd’s of London market, as well as international, corporate, and privately owned brokerages—giving him a broad, balanced perspective on the diverse industries and clients the company supports.

He is driven by a strong belief in putting clients first and fostering genuine, long-term relationships. For Nic, the best results come from collaboration — drawing on the expertise of a committed team and trusted industry partners to create tailored solutions that address complex risks.

Before stepping into his current role, Luke gained valuable experience as an Area Manager for an insurance company in the Bendigo region. He also worked in new business development with a global brokerage firm based in Melbourne. His expertise spans the industrial and small business sectors, equipping him with a broad perspective on diverse client needs.

Outside of the office, Luke enjoys playing golf, exploring new travel destinations, and spending time with family and friends.

Raised on a farm in Victoria’s Western District, Belinda has a deep understanding of the unique risks faced by those in the agricultural sector. This, combined with her experience as a former owner of two small businesses in the transport and detailing industries, gives her practical insight into the challenges business owners encounter and how to protect their operations effectively.

Belinda holds a Tier 1 qualification in Insurance Broking and an Associate Diploma of Rural Business Administration, supporting her strong technical and client service skills.

Outside of work, Belinda enjoys gardening, spending quality time with her family, and actively giving back to the community. She mentors a student through a local school-based program and serves on the Committee of Management for that initiative, reflecting her commitment to making a positive impact beyond the workplace.

Having lived in a farming area for over 40 years, Roger understands the unique challenges faced by his clients and brings valuable insight to his work. His career spans various roles including administration, claims management, quoting, and client reviews, working with both commercial and domestic clients of all sizes. He has in-depth knowledge of crop insurance, particularly broadacre coverage, and stays current with industry developments. Roger holds a Tier 1 qualification.

Outside of work, Roger enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog, often walking or travelling together. He is passionate about music, a dedicated sports fan, and maintains an active lifestyle through regular fitness challenges. He is also a strong supporter of charitable causes, especially local animal rescue organisations.

He focuses on building long-term client relationships by tailoring risk solutions that align with each client’s unique needs and goals.

With a background spanning domestic insurance sales and service, dispute resolution, private health and consumer credit insurance, and managing schemes across corporate property, motor, casualty, financial lines, and strategic partnerships, David brings broad expertise and a practical, client-first mindset to every interaction. His qualifications include a Diploma of Insurance Broking, Tier 1 accreditation, Certificate IV in Financial Services, and NIBA and ICOP certifications.

David is known for his authenticity, strong client advocacy, and ability to truly connect with people. He listens closely, educates with clarity, and supports clients throughout their insurance journey—ensuring they feel understood, valued, and protected.

Outside of work, David enjoys time with family, friends, and pets. He’s a passionate AFL supporter—cheering on the Western Bulldogs—loves the outdoors, has a great sense of humour, and gives back to the community through volunteer work.

Jason entered the insurance industry in 2010 and currently works as an Account Manager at CIS, supporting a broad client base across farm, SME, and household policies. With a practical, hands-on approach, Jason takes the time to meet clients face-to-face, believing that true insight into their needs comes from understanding their daily environments—whether on the farm or in their business.

Prior to joining CIS, Jason worked with two other insurance providers and brought with him a diverse background in life and work experience across multiple industries. This real-world understanding helps him better relate to clients and tailor insurance solutions that reflect their specific risks and operations. He holds Tier 1 and Tier 2 insurance qualifications, a Certificate III in Welding and Engineering, and has studied Computers and Electronics at TAFE.

Jason has developed strong relationships with underwriters and claims handlers, particularly in the farming sector, where his knowledge and experience are highly valued.

Outside of work, Jason is passionate about fitness and adventure. He plays competitive squash, enjoys bushwalking, and often takes long motorcycle trips with friends—embracing the open road as a way to recharge before the week ahead.

With a background in Research and Development, Carol applies a detail-oriented and analytical mindset to her work. She holds a Diploma in Applied Science, Tier 1 in Insurance Broking, and a Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma. Her approach is centred on clear communication, dedicated service, and building strong, long-term relations.

Outside of work, Carol enjoys hiking, swimming, and coastal walks with her husband. She’s passionate about holistic health and wellness, enjoys cooking and loves to explore new places. She also has a deep love for animals.

He also shares responsibility for answering the main office line, working alongside colleagues Maggie and Robyn.

Brody holds a Bachelor of Business from La Trobe University and has completed his ASIC Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance. His expertise lies in Domestic Insurance, with a particular focus on Home, Landlord, and Motor Vehicle policies.
He continues to develop his skills through hands-on experience and collaboration with an experienced team.

Outside of work, Brody is an avid Essendon Bombers supporter and a dedicated basketball fan, enjoying both playing and watching the game. He also has a passion for music production and loves spending time with his dog, Frankie.

These qualifications, paired with practical experience, enable her to consistently deliver exceptional service and positive outcomes for clients.

Felesha is dedicated to creating a positive claims experience, advocating for clients, and achieving the best possible results in every case. Outside of work, she enjoys DIY projects around the home and spending quality time with her 11-year-old son.
