As an Account Executive at CIS, Carol manages a portfolio of Farm, SME, and domestic clients. She works closely with clients to carefully assess risks and tailor insurance policies that meet their unique needs. Carol began her insurance journey in 2007 and spent several years as a Senior Underwriter in Workers Compensation before transitioning to Insurance Broking in 2014. She brings a strong foundation in risk assessment and a practical, solution-oriented approach to every client interaction.

With a background in Research and Development, Carol applies a detail-oriented and analytical mindset to her work. She holds a Diploma in Applied Science, Tier 1 in Insurance Broking, and a Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma. Her approach is centred on clear communication, dedicated service, and building strong, long-term relations.

Outside of work, Carol enjoys hiking, swimming, and coastal walks with her husband. She’s passionate about holistic health and wellness, enjoys cooking and loves to explore new places. She also has a deep love for animals.
